Important Notes: Some of the screens in the lessons may bear marks referring to course code prior to the December 2007 syllabus. While there is a revamp of the ACCA syllabus, many of the topics, especially those addressing generic areas are still the same. Our instructors had reviewed the syllabus, and had taken out topics that are no longer relevant, and inserted or replaced lessons to address new topics. Lecturer: Dr Tay Teng Tiow

Dr Tay Teng Tiow holds a PhD in System Engineering from the Australian National University. He is currently associate professor at the National University of Singapore, as well as adjunct associate professor at the Technical University of Eindhoven, The Netherlands. He has more than 18 years of research and teaching experience in the information system and information technology area. Beside teaching in the universities, he has also conducted numerous in-house workshops for multi-nationals such as HP and Philips in the US, Europe and Asia. He is consultant to many MNCs in the area of information system design. He is also director of many public and private companies, and is well versed in business policy and management.
